Refund Policy

At QualityFRP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for guidance.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible for products purchased on www.qualityfrp.in under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Product: If we send the wrong product (wrong color, model, or size), a refund or exchange will be processed.

Products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used or altered in any way.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@qualityfrp.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue with the product

    • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and issue a resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange).

  4. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional charges if the new product is of higher value.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation option will no longer be available.

PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS 

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.
